Baltimore Community Foundation Launches Key Bridge Emergency Fund

Baltimore Community Foundation has launched the Key Bridge Emergency Fund to address recovery needs for port workers, first responders, southeast Baltimore businesses and the community affected by the March 26 collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore.

Foundation staff laid the groundwork for the fund through communications with local nonprofits and government agencies to coordinate philanthropic efforts.

The foundation will work closely with strategic partners to promote efforts toward healing for those impacted.
