Leading a Renaissance in Cleveland

The Cleveland Foundation has played a leading role in an effort to help breathe new life into neighborhoods in and around the city's downtown.

In a recent interview with The Chronicle of Philanthropy, Cleveland Foundation CEO Ronn Richard explains the foundation's approach -- and how it is paying attention to minimizing gentrification to ensure that those who are invested in the affected neighborhoods are the first to benefit from their revival.
